Stop Fearrington Preserve: Legal & Advocacy Fund
We are mounting a legal, engineering, and public notice advocacy campaign to oppose the 365-acre rezoning. Your contribution directly funds land-use attorneys, traffic engineers, and community organizing.
Smart Chatham is committed to supporting affordable housing in Chatham County. Any campaign surplus remaining after legal, engineering, and administrative costs will be donated directly to Chatham Habitat for Humanity to support affordable homebuilding across our community.

Retaining land-use attorneys to challenge ordinance waiver requests and present formal legal standing before Commissioners.

Independent engineering reviews of Pokeberry Creek runoff, package plant spray fields, and school zone bottlenecks.

Funding direct mail campaigns to bordering property owners and interactive map infrastructure.
