Funds high-visibility campaign yard signs, "Know Your Rights" eminent domain legal guides, mailings, and canvassing kits to reach all 300+ impacted parcels and connect property owners with legal counsel.

3. 401/404 Permit & Community Mobilization

Powers community town halls, printed flyers, public comment drives, and expert environmental testimony demanding an Individual 401 Water Quality Certification and a local public hearing in Chatham County.
